In September 2023, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay, reported over 60% of their units sold, achieving a milestone of $300 million under contract. This year, in addition to the grand opening of the Saltleaf Golf Preserve, we had the release of the North Tower, and have reached a soaring 85% of the units sold, totaling half a billion in sales.
